Voluntarily complete a stakeholder survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

3.2 University Design Forum may also receive your data indirectly from Partner organisations who take registrations on behalf of University Design Forum.

4.1 University Design Forum collects your data so that we can:

Process your order, manage your account.

4.2 University Design Forum may share your name, job role and institution name with partner organisations, e.g. for attendance lists at events.

5.1 University Design Forum securely stores your data at The London Data Centre that is used for the website hosting. University Design Forum administration keeps contact and membership status information but no bank or card payment details.

5.2 University Design Forum will keep your contact and membership status information limited to the above but this will be deleted if requested by you.

6.1 University Design Forum would like to send you information about events and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner organisations e.g AUDE, RIBA.
