How can we design high performing buildings?

An evening conference discussing ‘what makes a high performance building?’ to be held at the Institute of Physics’s new headquarters, a building designed to showcase technology and promote wellness itself while providing a highly sustainable building for the long term and to provide a basis to bring new generations into physics while renovating a derelict corner of Kings Cross.

The evening will feature speakers on designing a high performance building and workplace, and occupancy feedback in the recent BCO report on Improving Productivity in the Workplace.

5.30 – 6.00 tea, coffee and registration

6.00 – 8.00 presentations and discussion

8.00 – 10.00 drinks

There will also be an opportunity for tours of this imaginative and sustainable reworking of an existing terrace designed by architects Tate Hindle.
