• HLM Architects – Architect of the Year
• Mace – Project of the Year
• ISG – Net Zero Award for The Entopia Building for University of Cambridge
• Perkins and Will – Small Project of the Year
• University of Oxford – International Project of the Year for the Administration Building, Thailand
• King’s College London – Refurbishment Project of the Year sponsored by AET Flexible Space by Hall McKnight
• University of Strathclyde – Offsite Project of the Year for National Manufacturing Institute Scotland by HLM Architects
• Plan A Consultants – Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year (fewer than 100 staff)
